How long is the usual wait time to see the doctor?
When an appointment is made, the waiting time is zero to 20 minutes. However, the doctor sees patients on a first come first served basis.
Is it possible to see the doctor on weekends?
Yes, but he gives only video consultations on weekends based on availability and prior appointments are mandatory.
Is there a lab facility in the clinic?
We are working on setting up a collection center. For now, the clinic arranges home blood collection for the patients when requested.
Is there a diabetes educator or a diet counselor in house?
Yes, we have a diabetes educator coming in two days a week (Mondays and Wednesdays). He offers diabetes self management education.
Where can I buy the medicines prescribed by the doctor?
A dispensary in the clinic premises is expected soon. However, the medicines prescribed will be available in most standard pharmacies.
Where can I park my car/bike during the visit?
There is ample street side parking in the vicinity and in front of the clinic. The inroads near the clinic also allows parking.
